Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is completely FREE for all orders placed within the United States. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges added at checkout.

What are your processing and handling times? Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our transit partners within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

How long will it take to receive my order? Our estimated transit time across the United States is 5 to 12 business days. Combined with processing, your total estimated delivery window is 6 to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally? No. Ladyfiy currently operates and ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy window? We offer a transparent 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the confirmed delivery date of your item to contact us and submit a formal return request.

How do I initiate a return? Please contact us directly at help@ladyfiy.com before mailing any items back. Unauthorized packages sent to our address without prior approval cannot be accepted or processed.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ladyfiy covers the return shipping label cost (Free).

  • Customer Remorse: If you choose to return an item due to personal preference, a change of mind, or sizing choices, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Do you charge a restocking fee? No. Ladyfiy charges $0.00 for restocking fees.

How long do refunds take to process? Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are automatically sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
